I have admired the work of the graphic recorders from ImageThink for over a year now. They support meetings and events of all kinds, including TED and SXSW, with graphic recording and graphic facilitation. This means that they listen to what’s being said, either by a speaker or group of participants, and illustrate the key points. Two in three people are visual learners. ImageThink has found that condensing a lot of information into visual snippets helps people more effectively understand and retain that information.

One of ImageThink’s most recent tasks was to illustrate the key takeaways from the espnW Summit, which took place last Wednesday-Friday in California. Business, brand, and agency executives, professional athletes, experts, and leaders in the educational and non-profit sectors gathered for for two days of dialogue geared towards advancing women in sports. A few of my favorite graphic recordings from the event are below. They combine my love for fitness, sports, marketing, and empowering women.
