Christmas in New York City

On Thursday, my mom flew to New York City for a few days to enjoy the holiday sights with me. This is the third year in a row that she’s spent a December weekend in the city. We packed a lot into less than three days–Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, 5th Avenue windows, and lots of shopping and snacking. Here are a few of my favorite photos from her visit.

Oh wow, NYC at Christmas! I visit New York for the first time in December 2012. I remember seeing many of the sights in your photos: The Rockefeller tree, the big lights and ornaments. Ahh, I want to go back!

Found your blog through the TeamX2 campaign. Very nice, clean content here! I’m not much of a runner… but every now and then I get that bug where I toy with the idea of trying a half marathon. But then I think about not really enjoying even 5Ks so…. meh. Haha.

Keep including photos of your great city and keep the good content coming!
