While I recently fell in love with running, boutique fitness classes have been my go-to workout since college. Now that I’ve completed my half marathon and won’t be running another until fall, I’ve been rushing around the city to try as many new studios as possible. This coral and black look from Puma is exactly the type of outfit I would wear to a studio class–a feminine top, crops with unique details, and a bright pair of training shoes.
The Graphic All Eyes On Me Tank features many feminine details–ombre coloring, a curved silhouette, and a cutout back. But the function is all there. This tank is made of LYCRA® SPORT yarns, which enhance recovery, fit, and freedom of movement. All important when you’re twisting, stretching, jumping, and squatting.
To match the ombre coloring on the tank, the Gym Graphic 3/4 Tight includes a matching stripe down the side of each leg. I prefer to wear cropped tights to classes, as they’re long enough to offer compression support but short enough to keep you cool. These tights are made of “Drycell” highly functional materials, which also help keep you dry throughout your workout.
The Formlite XT Ultra shoes are a new and improved model. They’re both sleeker and lighter. When I first took these shoes out of the box, I was impressed that I could actually bend them in half. That’s how flexible they are. They’re also made with breathable mesh and cushioned with lightweight EVA. While you’re busy focusing on getting the most out of your workout, the outsole cutouts of the shoes create flex grooves which reduce weight and maximize performance.
