The Nike Women’s Half Marathon San Francisco course map was released last night. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about a few of these hills. The one at Mile 10 makes Central Park’s Harlem Hill look small. With less than two months to go, it’s time to really start focusing on hill training.
Despite the level of difficulty, the scenery will be stunning. We begin in Union Square and weave through Golden Gate Park. After racing alongside the Presidio and past the Golden Gate Bridge, we’ll cross the finish line at Marina Green. Let the training continue!
