Quilted Cap / Merino Frisco Sweater / City Jogger
Leather Cap / Blissful Hoodie / Metro Slouch
If it’s possible to own too much activewear, I fall into that category. I have two drawers overflowing with tanks, crops, jackets, etc. After wearing so many brands and styles, it takes a lot to get me excited about a basic pant. But Athleta has done it. Full disclosure, this post was not sponsored by Athleta. I bought two pairs of Athleta’s newest pants about a month ago and couldn’t wait to wear them this fall. The City Jogger is a relaxed-fitting recycled Featherweight Stretch pant with rib trim cuffs that can be scrunched up or down. The Metro Slouch is a Pilayo pant with tons of pockets and drawstrings at the ankles. They both have a just-slim-enough fit with fabrics that flatter my curves. While these pants could be worn for a yoga, pilates, or dance class, I haven’t worn them to sweat yet. I styled my City Joggers for the #CrushofAdrenaline fashion show and threw on my Metro Slouches to see Gone Girl last weekend. I also recommend checking out Athleta’s newer lined City Pants for winter!
