Audio Books for Long Runs

One question I’ve been asked a lot since I started to train for a marathon is whether my long runs are boring. Thanks to my iPhone, they’re not. I listen to music on shorter runs, but I choose podcasts and audio books for distances longer than 10 miles. Confession: I binge listened to Serial in one long run. If you haven’t listened to it, start now! The team at Audible, Amazon’s collection of audio books, sent me a list of mysteries and thrillers that’ll keep you hooked during long training runs. If you’d like to listen to one, Audible offers a free download when you sign up!
