I’ve mentioned in recent posts that I’ve been opting for lower impact workouts since the marathon. While training for Disney, I took a restorative yoga class once per week to help stretch and repair my muscles. For the past few weeks, I’ve been practicing Vinyasa almost every day. Yoga has also paired well with the 30-Day Meditation Challenge I’m completing in February. Last weekend, Sam and I revisited Breather (first experience here) to catch up and work on a few poses. This weekend, I’ll be heading to Gurney’s Montauk with Grace, Chase, and Christine. We’ll be sweating with Exhale, juicing with Montauk Juice Factory, and enjoying the beautiful views.
