It’s officially summer, and temperatures are rising. This weekend, I move to Brooklyn. Next weekend, I begin training for the New York City Marathon. I’ve been working with Matt Wilpers to finalize my training plan. While I’ll be training at the hottest time of year, I’ve been focusing on hydration more than usual. It’s the perfect time to introduce my partnership with Propel. New Yorkers, keep reading for how you can get involved!
Every time I tell a friend that I’m working with Propel this summer, they tell me about how they were hooked on the unflavored water when it was in the old blue bottle. In April, Propel launched 9 flavors, both bottled and in powder packs, that are enhanced with electrolytes. At zero calories, Propel Electrolyte Water, is the only national enhanced water with enough electrolytes to replace what is lost in sweat (210mg of sodium in 12oz). To kick off our partnership, Propel asked me to take a “What’s Your Flavor?” quiz to find out which propel flavor fits my workout personality. I got Berry. Propel invited me to participate in two exciting events in July. First, I’ll be traveling to LA for IDEA World Fitness BlogFest with a group of bloggers. We’ll be attending events and workouts with the Propel team. In late July, New Yorkers can join me at the Co:Lab, a weekend of free fitness classes with top studios. I’ll be sharing more details about this event in the coming weeks!
